Privacy Policy
The short version: Candles doesn't collect anything about you that it doesn't need, and nothing is sold.
What we collect
Candles does not require an account with us, and we don't run our own analytics or tracking. We never sell your information, and we never receive your name, email address or contacts.
Contacts and messages
With your permission, the app reads names, phone numbers and birthdays from the contacts on your device, including any iCloud, Google or Outlook accounts you've added in Settings, so it can send birthday texts. You choose which accounts it uses.
Your contacts, birthdays, custom messages and settings stay on your devices. They are not uploaded to us. Texts are sent through Apple's Messages on your own device, from your own number. On a Mac, automatic sending uses macOS Automation permission to control Messages, which you can turn off in System Settings.
Feedback you send
If you use the in-app feedback form, the message you write is sent to us anonymously through a Google Form, along with the app version, your device type (for example "iPhone") and iOS version. It isn't linked to your name, email or any identifier. If you email support@aiosa.app, we use your email only to reply to you.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
