Common questions

I bought Remove Ads or Pro on a new phone and it isn't unlocked.

Open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Candles didn't send a birthday text.

Check that Candles has permission to read contacts and send notifications, and that the contact has a birthday saved. Automatic sending needs your Mac to be on, or a Shortcuts automation set up on your iPhone.

Bookends can't connect to my server.

Make sure the server address is reachable from your phone (try it in Safari) and that your account works on the server's website. Server problems are handled by whoever runs the server.
